Infamous {TE} NAP Reequest

I am Demideath, Leader of the Infamous for almost a year and a half now.

First off, at some point this week we are changing the name from Infamous {TE} back to the Treyun Empire.

Secondly, I would like to request a NAP ( Non-Agressions Pact) between our alliances. I think this could be a very use full NAP because we are a growing alliance and would like others to grow with us. We are working on opening our alliance's programs to include our allies because we feel that they should have the same types of growth as we do! It would be great to hear back from you guys in a positive aspect.
