Greetings one and all!

I'm currently looking for officers. I make between 2.7billion per turn. I'm not bothered about your UP rate now as long as your willing to work on it within reason. Would suit alliance members with no commander as we can then keep as much of the resources within the alliance although I will consider non AA players.
